Are you related to ‘the Nords’ of Nord’s Bakery?

No. Out of sheer coincidence, I was born with the same last name as the people that own one of the most delicious and notorious bakeries in town. P.S., I’m not related to the football coach either.

Tittles…What in the world does that mean?

Well, when my Dad asked I told him to get his trusty Webster’s and look it up. But that’s only because he told me to do the same thing all through school and refused…I mean, RE-fused to just tell me the definition of anything. But since you’re nice and probably don’t have a raggedy blue Webster’s circa 1970 sitting around, I’ll tell you (courtesy of www.thefreedictionary.com):

tit·tle (ttl)
n.
  1. A small diacritic mark, such as an accent, vowel mark, or the dot over an i.
  2. The tiniest bit; an iota.

How big is a Tittle?

Each Tittle is a tiny bit bigger than a ping pong ball.  The absolute perfect size for those moments when you want just a bite or two of something sweet!  And I should know, I have tons of those moments.  Until I started making Tittles, my poor boyfriend probably hadn't been able to eat an entire dessert without me pestering him for a bite.  Calories don't count if they're bite size, right?
